Sutton Foster was a Tony Award recipient for her Tony Award-winning performances as Anything Goes in Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as in Little Women. She was first seen on television on Star Search at age 15 as well as has performed as a character in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU as well as Royal Pains. Sutton Foster has toured the U.S. and around the world in a duo with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish" the first solo album, as well as the second one, "An evening With Sutton Foster Live in the Cafe Carlyle". Ball State University conferred her with an honorary PhD in 2011. Alongside being an instructor and advisor within the Department of Theatre and Dance She was also conferred the degree from Ball State University.
